Modify /board/sdrpi/src/system.db to change UART1 map to MIO48..49 while this previous wrong setting is MIO12..13. and update sdk .

If your purpose is only modifying board/sdrpi/src/system.db, please make a clean pull request that only include single commit that has that modification. I will close this pull request.
