ANTSDR-E200 support. #77

hello, We have a new product antsdr_e200 now can support openwifi. If you want to find some information about this product, please refer to the readme file at the boards/antsdr_e200.

Hello,

When I run "../create_ip_repo.sh ~/Xilinx/" from directory boards/antsdr_e200, I got this error (in Vivado):

WARNING: [Device 21-436] No parts matched ''
ERROR: [Coretcl 2-106] Specified part could not be found.

So I have reset the antsdr branch to the status before your pull request.

This is due to the openofdm_rx ip missing the antsdr_e200 board information, we will request a PR later.
