bit :BOOT.BIN (system_top.bit was build by me. But I didn't change any files,just follow the steps to build)

Steps to reproduce the issue, and the related error message, screenshot, etc
a. Burn “openwifi-1.3.1-wilsele-32bit.img” to sd card
b. build system_top.bit (openwifi-hw: antsdr/sdrpi/csiobfuscation Switch to one of the branches)
c. build BOOT.BIN (bootgen)
d. put BOOT.BIN to the BOOT partition of the sd card
e. cd openwifi-->./wgd.sh-->./fosdem.sh
f. If you use the mobile phone or computer area to connect to the wireless "openwifi", the message indicates that you cannot connect to the network
