As BYON User,

I want to have a Grafana dashboard template (.json) that I can use to monitor BYON pipelines.

From the WG discussion, the minimum requirements would need to track all of the Dashboard UI integration points with OpenShift and pipeline health

Are these realistic for a basic BYON dashboard?

PipelineRun with success/failures
PipelineRun execution time
BYON validation steps metrics for the tasks that are run against all notebooks Success/failures for image import, value JH image
