Just writing down an idea to braindump (not a prio or recommended solutions, just an idea)

• check (certain, array of) google calender(s) (google calendar api)
• look for certain meetings (title, id, participants, host)
• if found meeting is over and end of it is 2+ hours after
  • remind host about NewsFlash Post Meeting (email, slack, gchat, bot)
  • send him template (google form)
  • publish it automatically

same could happen for pre-meeting: check for meeting in the next 48 hours
