so that my issues are more easily understood

Define Done

[ ] Create (or modify) templates for each type of issue in the support repo.
[ ] An example for each issue so user has a guideline to follow

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale. Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
