[EPIC] As a Thoth service owner, I want to track metrics #172

User's Story

Capture, calculate and track metrics and display them on dashboard(s)

Reason

So that we can funnel observations from these metrics back into operating the service.

Metrics to track (google analytics) Metrics
Number of new users each week/month (overtime)
Number of users who clicks on "get support" on website each week (over time)
Number of users who clicks on "Documentation" on website each week (over time)
Number of users who click on "Feedback" on website each week
Feedback to action rate over time
All other Google Analytic data captured by main thoth site

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale. Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
