VariableGroupsType is missing an attribute "name".

Could you give an example of why this is missing?

Please have a look at the cse demo configurations that uses OspModelDescription.

I think I misunderstood the concept. I thought that VariableGroups as a kind of an endpoint. We would not need the attribute otherwise.
