Variable axis properties

As part of the DTYard project the OSP validator has been updated to support axis properties for variables. The OSP ontology has been updated accordingly. The relevant validations that are now implemented are:

• VE_VariableGroup_4
  • Validates that a variable group does not contain variables with identical axis properties
  • Validation is supported by the ontology
• VE_VariableGroupConnection_4
  • Validates that a variable group connection is not between two variable groups that contain variables that are incompatible with respect to their axis properties
  • Validation is not currently supported by ontology, but implemented in Java
• VE_VariableConnection_5
  • Validates that a variable connection is not between two variables with different axis properties
  • Validation is supported by the ontology

Lots and lots of changes. TLDR: Focus on OspModelDescription-1.0.1.xsd, where most of the changes are propagating from.

While we're at it, DefaultOspModelDescriptionLocator.java should support the proxyfmu URI scheme. Should we still support the fmu-proxy scheme?
