Generally promote in order of:

Smaller sites to get early feedback and make improvements (so when promoting to bigger sites there is more chance of being successful)
Sites that are more likely to have IT people using them. These people can far more easily contribute to the project.

A very quick summary of what it is on landing page?
A clear: This is what we are doing to the environment page with clear stats.
Clearly it is too hard to get the gist of the system based on the questions. How to make it clear.
Add links to headings on pages.
'capitalism has existed in a similar form for the 300 years' seems like BS.
