[x] Added a pattern for adding CLI flags
[x] Pattern things after JS for Low Friction Porpoises :tm:
- [x] support all forms of JS strings
- [x] lowercase all Booleans
- [x] more permissive whitespace / newline behavior
- [x] made Bool / Num types the more verbose Boolean and Number
