App/web for the prevention of violence against women using Dart/Flutter

In my country, the rate of violence against women is extremely high, and I want to create something to help prevent these violences. It could be an educational website explaining red flags or teaching how to call the police in different situations.

1. One-tap emergency alert system that:

• Notifies pre-selected emergency contacts with live location
• Connects to local law enforcement (opt-in)
• Begins audio recording automatically
• Activates strobe light and loud alarm (optional)

2. Safety Network Features:

• Trusted contact circle management
• Real-time location sharing during trips
• Automated check-ins at preset intervals

These features seem like a good starting point, but in addition, it would be interesting to include articles and an AI-powered conversation to educate on how certain types of violence occur and what actions can be taken in some risky situations.
