A program or website that takes public data of unclaimed lottery tickets and reports likelihood of ticket types based on remaining ticket quantities

Project description

There are already state-run websites that list different tickets and quantities of unclaimed tickets. I live in Minnesota, this is my states: https://www.mnlottery.com/games/unclaimed_prizes/

A program could take this data and give you an adjusted probability of winning a specific style of ticket (mostly applicable to scratch-offs) It could determine the most likely ticket style to purchase at that time.
