Freeze #341

Issue: The application was not able to keep track of the activeTab and used to freeze after a period of inactivity.

Solution: Chrome Query API was added to query all tabs and find the activeTab. Safeguards also added to ensure application is not trying to access chrome:// urls as per chrome security protocols.
