I "fixed" this in my repo, see b53740933efd926ac5b974cc7ab1f792c82db6c9. With this, at least the download of the mentioned files is possible again.

I didn't look yet into the cleanup code path (pkg-cacher-cleanup.pl) because I'm not really using it. Not sure if it needs to read the .zck files, but if so, my quick search didn't reveal any IO::Compress:Zck Perl module or similar.

@Robert-Nelson It would really be great, if we could resolve #38 so that the few remaining users could work on the same codebase again.
