Configuration(s) in /etc/network/interfaces.d for front-panel ports are not done when switch starts up #24

When a switch starts up, configurations for network interfaces in /etc/network/interfaces.d should be applied to all interfaces, including front-panel (NPU) interfaces. However, after the swtich starts up, configurations for front-panel interfaces are not applied.
