Just keep in mind a comment counts as a contribution for this purpose. I was confused why I was on the list until I read the details. So even this comment here is 5% of the requirement.

Please go ahead and log in at bottom of page to register an account with Helios using your github account, so that we can debug any access issues well in advance of the voting window opening. You should see "You are registered to vote in this election" if successfully matched to your voter record.
The deadline to submit an exception request to the member of standing criteria for voting is in two days on Oct 24.
@lizthegrey when I did GH auth I got an HTTP 500 after the redirect
