Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The collector now has receivers for events, e.g. the k8seventsreceiver

I'd like to route these to Datadog's Events view rather than logs

Describe the solution you'd like

option to send all logs the exporter receives to events? only send events with a specific attribute?

Not sure what's the best way to expose such a control

Describe alternatives you've considered

k8s -k8seventsreceiver-> otelcol -datadoglogs/otlp-> vector -datadog_events-> datadog
