The spec started using stream https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-specification/blob/main/specification/metrics/sdk.md#stream-configuration for what we named view_aggregation because at the time it had no name in the spec. I think it'll be easier to compare against the spec and other implementations if we just rename our record.
