Expected alpha version of this library #441

According to the OpenTelemetry docs, this library seems to be pre-alpha: https://opentelemetry.io/docs/php/ Is it already known when this library will be set to alpha?

We will mark this release as alpha when we are closer to a viable production project. We are very short on contributors, so if you know anyone who would like to contribute to this library, we would love to have them!
