[ ] Only "Stable" and "Development" are described. Shouldn't this section mention all of the permitted statuses, such as "alpha", "beta", etc? By providing other statuses, it will give our OTel docs link targets -- e.g. Rust signal statuses are in alpha and beta at the moment.
Maturity levels are defined in https://github.com/open-telemetry/oteps/blob/main/text/0232-maturity-of-otel.md, and include Stable, Development, and more -- such as Alpha, Beta, etc.
