Spring Boot Starter: adjust "OpenTelemetry starter" terminology

The full name would be "OpenTelemetry Spring Boot starter". "OpenTelemetry starter" is shorter and could be understood as a "Spring Boot starter" in the context of Spring Boot applications.

A proposition

1. Leave "Spring Boot starter" in the menu and the index page. We have "Agent" for the OpenTelemetry Java agent. This gives the technology used.
2. Leave "OpenTelemetry Spring Boot starter" in the index page which makes things very clear.
3. Use "OpenTelemetry starter" in the pages outside the index.

Following up on this a few notes:

• I agree that we should keep "Spring Boot Starter" in the navigation (set linkTitle), as it is similar to the "Agent" a terminology that people understand
• The official name of the starter should be "Spring Boot starter for OpenTelemetry", as this should be in line with the OTel trademark guidelines and the spring trademark guidelines (IANAL!), see https://www.linuxfoundation.org/legal/trademark-usage and https://spring.io/trademarks
• If you want to introduce a short version (OpenTelemetry starter for example), it should be introduced on the index page as well and can then be used through out the other pages. Outside The Zero-code Instrumentation > Java > Spring Boot starter hierarchy I recommend using the full name (or if used multiple times on the same page, the short name can be introduced again and used throughout the doc)
