Outreachy task for @kemsguy7

Based on your user experience report, please provide the following suggested improvement via a PR:

Review the Registry https://opentelemetry.io/ecosystem/registry/ for being mobile friendly and provide improvements to the look and feel for mobile devices.

Please focus on the registry, although their are issues with the page navigation, searchbar, etc the goal of this project is to improve the registry UI/UX
