Fix deprecations in JavaDoc

• Fix misleading replacements for deprecated (SERVER|CLIENT)_SOCKET_(PORT|ADDRESS)
• Update deprecated replacements for deprecated attributes with their current replacements
• Clarify JavaDoc of deprecated attributes that have no replacement
• Add missing replacements for deprecated attributes
• Generate updated SemanticAttributes.java

There are still a couple of deprecated attributes that are not defined in SemanticAttributes.java.j2 that could be polished a bit more. For example:

• HTTP_METHOD should directly link to HTTP_REQUEST_METHOD instead of Deprecated, use {@code http.request.method} instead..
• HTTP_REQUEST_CONTENT_LENGTH refers to Deprecated, use {@code http.request.header.content-length} instead., but that is not defined as constant yet.

I believe this has been made obsolete by the recent restructuring changes we've made. There are no longer any hard-coded deprecated notes in the *.j2 template, and the deprecated notes which are generated are derived from the semantic-conventions repo, so would need to change upstream to make work. I'm going to close this, but feel free to re-open if I'm misunderstanding.
