Support for Extended Community in BGP IPv4/v6 Prefixes in BGP Learned Information. #373

Extended Community attributes should be available as part of get_state returned values for BGP Learned information. Availability as raw bytes should always be there. If supported in the model and by the implementation , the attribute should also be returnable to the user in an optional structured format.
