IxNetwork capture format changed from cap(9.10) to pcapng(9.20) #487

Version information snappi[ixnetwork]==0.7.3

Describe the bug IxNetwork capture format changed from cap(9.10) to pcapng(9.20) which breaks the current packet capture format .PCAP. Need to enhance the library based on input from ixNetwork if they are going to make pcapng as default format.
