This should address https://github.com/open-traffic-generator/openapiart/issues/245

This should be the package structure after this fix:

gosnappi folder structure:
gosnappi gosnappi.go
- otg otg.pb.go otg_grpc.pb.go
URL structure "/otg.Openapi/SetConfig"
Package name should be "otg"
Finally we published otg.proto

I have modify UT accordingly
