positions to hire #89

They would like to add a page called "Positions to Hire" that would be a dropdown underneath the "Join" tab.

The page will soon have three positions listed, but for now we only have information for one. With that being the case, I think it's okay if the page looks a bit incomplete. Linked below is a document that has the details of how we're envisioning the page along with any copy and media needed.
