Are you using the latest version of the library?

What type of session are you experiencing this issue on?

Multi-device and I have set multiDevice to true in my config OR am using the --multi-device flag

What type of host account are you experiencing this issue on?

Business account

Mode

EASY API/CLI

Current Behavior

I encountered a problem with version 4.55 and attempted to resolve it by updating to version 4.57. Unfortunately, the issue persists despite the update. The system freezes intermittently during the QR scanning process, and sometimes does not scan the code at all. Even after a fresh installation, the problem remains unresolved.

Expected Behavior

npx @open-wa/wa-automate@latest -p 55995 -k 'k.............................' --keep-alive --l 'C6C........................................F88A' -w 'http://192.168.77.118:3002' --multi-device

Steps To Reproduce

npx @open-wa/wa-automate@latest -p 55995 -k 'k.............................' --keep-alive --l 'C6C........................................F88A' -w 'http://192.168.77.118:3002' --multi-device

We have the same problem.

@3dluis please try again with --debug --verbose flags:

npx @open-wa/wa-automate@latest -p 55995 --debug --verbose --disable-spins

then share your logs here please

smashah commented 1 year ago

@alvaroespinola try with --qr-timeout 0 and make sure to scan the qr code instantly

@alvaroespinola what is the problem? It looks like it loaded just fine??

3dluis commented 1 year ago

@smashah The problem is with the whatsapp business account.

smashah commented 1 year ago

@3dluis please show me those logs and screenshots then. I tested with my wa business account and it's working fine so that's why I need to see your logs.
