Open Watcom Coverity Scan #389

I fix last problem on Travis site that now Coverity Scan will be run regulary one per month (may be set to be one per week if necessary). Open Watcom 2.0 Coverity Scan

If anybody want help improve OW code then contact me to set appropriate access to Coverity Scan site (to modify status of issues if it is fixed). This is suitable for anybody what want to start help OW code.

If you have some free time to help then go to Coverity scan page and ask for access. I will setup you write access to defects to change status after fixing. Best to start with "High Impact" defects. Not all defects are "real" problem.

Ill have a look one of these days, i had a few things taking up my time so newer got to finish setting things up. Also im waiting on surgery so i might not be able to do much the first few months because of that (its a rather large operation in my back).
