--quiet prevents the analyzer from outputting:

[2:24:02 PM] @custom-elements-manifest/analyzer: Created new manifest.

Help when running cem analyse in a chain of other build scripts.

I chose quiet because sass and storybook both use it instead of silent.

Fixes #175.
