fix: update terser-webpack-plugin to address issues with terser #4

Thanks for the PR and helping us figure out what broke it! For now im going to close this in favor of: https://github.com/open-wc/open-wc-starter-app/commit/7a2d53ee69ebffb3ed5e6309c316faf37674ed48

There were some dependencies in the package.json I had to clean up since they will already be installed by @open-wc/building-webpack.
