1 : android and chrome join room 2: chrome publish share screen stream with audio and video, audio codec = isac 3: android subscribe this share screen

expect : android subscribe remote stream audio and video quality was good actual: Remote stream audio can not heard clearly

android device OPPO R17 chrome 74 mcu:4.2.x
