1: huawei Mate20 and Vivo x1816A connect p2p server with video codec h264 2: vivo create local stream with resolution 720p or 1080p 3: huawei and vivo addAllowedRemoteId each other 4: vivo publish local stream to huawei

expect : huawei side remote stream video quality was good actual : huawei side remote stream video quaily was very poor
