Error when starting pipelines container with `llamaindex_ollama_pipeline` pipeline specified #135

When attempting to start up a pipelines container with the llamaindex_ollama_pipeline pre-included via the PIPELINES_URLS env var, the container fails to start, and the logs shows that it errors out with the following error:

I made the same mistake, and after analyzing the code, in fact the proposal, I realized that these are just a few examples, which require adaptation to work in a real use case.
