Add Note to Terminal.is_supply_ducted #123

Add note that says that the PTAC should indicate this as False and that other DX systems including rooftop units should indicate this as True.

Added note that reads: "Packaged terminal air conditioners (PTAC), packaged terminal heat pumps (PTHP), and window or through the wall air conditioners should be False and other DX systems including rooftop units should be True" as part of 0.0.20 update
