Add high level "is feature present in model" boolean checklist

Add a new high-level data group of features present in the model that could be populated by the building energy modeling vendors completely and quickly. This would serve as an indicator of what is in the original model rather than what has been implemented by the vendor when creating the RMD export for their software. It could be checked quickly against other building documentation and would allow the RCT to flag places were the RMD file does not provide information in detail but those features are present in the original model. The elements in this data group would all be booleans and be required.

Elements would include flags for the presence of:

• infiltration
• chillers
• interior shades
• transformers
• opaque surface material properties
• fans

and many, many more.
