RCT Project Output - change Evaluation.id to point to the data group under evaluation #195

Change the name and description of the Evaluation.id to make it clear that it is pointing to the data group under evaluation. Perhaps trhe name should be "Data group reference" the type should be reference and the description should be made clearer.
