saddle plot #514

Hello,

I don't quite understand the CLI command for the saddle.

cooltools saddle [OPTIONS] COOL_PATH TRACK_PATH EXPECTED_PATH

What is the EXPECTED_PATH file? Do I have to make it? The TRACK_PATH file is the cooltools eig-cis output "yourmatrix.cis.vecs.tsv"? Any help would be greatly appreciate! Thanks Pietro

I found the solution, I have to generate an expected file using cooltools expected-cis
