update contacts-v-distance notebook with trans-expected #3

added "trans-expected" to the notebook ... we'll trans but by arms and including cis-inter-arm (calculated as a block-average) which might be misleading, but whatever - see comments inside the notebook also raised a couple of (technical) questions regarding the inter-arm distance-decay with distance
