I haven't verified this yet, but the report from Repentigny is that is the an attachment link from https://info-travaux.ville.repentigny.qc.ca/events/ville.repentigny.qc.ca/338 fails on iOS, with an Access Denied message from AWS.
My guess is that it's related to how we handle special chars (spaces or non-ASCII) in uploaded fienames.
