V2 Coinage and Exchange endpoints #343

Create model representing coinage and exchange rates. Expose it. I'm not sure how to tie to this items? Not necessary probably.

I don't think this is directly necessary... I'd like to define Units (Coinage, distance, mass) at a document level. The funky situation here is that: English language Wizards of the Coast DND 5e SRD uses feet and lbs. Spanish language Wizards of the Coast DND 5e SRD uses meters and kgs.

I'm closing this for now.
