If the node has a ParentNodeId specified but no referenceType to parent, add it with a HasComponent ReferenceType

fixes importing the /usr/local/share/open62541/tools/ua-nodeset/AML/Opc.Ua.AMLBaseTypes.NodeSet2.xml
