at the top of each "allhighlights,alltags,allcomments" add a banner showing random things of that type. #112

people want to see random stuff to keep them engaged now that the data is in SQLlite, this can be achieved without doing https://github.com/open768/spaceinc/issues/1, but that would mean doing the work twice, so best to do it properly
