NDB navaids show MHz instead of kHz on the main map #231

The NDB for Culdrose (CUL) shows on the map as 370 MHz, yet in the data it is correctly 370 kHz. The NDB for Shobdon (SH) shows on the map as 426 MHz, yet in the data it is incorrectly 426 Hz.

Bug has been fixed. It will take some time for the map to update tiles though.
