German FIS sector 125.800 is incomplete in its data by openAIP #257

The polygon data of the FIS border between Elbe border to CZ and Forst at Neisse are missing. See attached image.

After checking documents, the German FIS sector 125.800 is incomplete in its data in openAIP. Have a look into the official documents. There is a difference between openAIP data and DFS data. There is missing some area in the east and north.

I tried to correct the German FIS region 125.800 area in the airspace editor. I took the data from a former xml file and fixed the bug in it. The last four points in the xml file were superfluous and caused a erroneous line in the defined polygon.

If the correction is accepted, this ticket can be closed.
