This patch adds more audio output ports: which is something that some hosts do not support. For this reason, this patch will not be merged into Fabla.

PACKAGERS: Please do NOT package with this patch included, as it breaks backwards compatibility with existing projects in certain hosts.

Thanks @danvd for writing, I will refer any power-users who request the functionality you've implemented your branch to build for private use.

P.S. I'll open a new issuse now - it will be related to resampling (without any patches, only a wish). Sorry for annoying you again :-/
