Velocity -> volume mode #49

Well, here's a simple implementation of velocity->volume mode. No tweaking is possible for now.

Committed using patch, switched Velocity to sample-switch mode 1, instead of 3. Ordering of modes gets progressively more complex. Fixes #45, thanks for reporting and the pull request!
