This is a feature design based on #81, which allowed sync-ing timebase. This suggests the same functionality, but also to allow skipping into a clip a certain amount - a mechanism similar to the Master Clip (#119) could be used to calculate offset into the clip.
This would allow "skipping" through clips, or re-triggering certain chords in a clip multiple times - a lot of fun with a good controller.
