the first one ist fixed. I will care for file a PR for the second one again. (Need to get an Launchpad for testing i am afraid)

We should note that the Mappa v1 handles IO a lot better than the current MIDI Mapping, and perhaps focus should be on testing Generic MIDI I/O with Ctlra/Mappa instead of putting effort into the old-midi-system.
